I think the whole sled is awsome especially the weight and horse power.

I just got an M7 last year. By far they are the easiest sled to manuever on the mountain because of the weight, or lack there of. The only complaints I had were I didnt like the track and I am used to riding an eight hundred so I needed a little more torque. I threw some slp twin pipes on this year so hopfully that will do the job. And this year you have an option on the track.

I love the way they sidehill. So much easier than the older chassis. I have a M1K 162 and it is a f-in snow tractor. Gobs of torque in the steep and deep. You really don't notice the weight when you have the motor to back it up. I have yet to meet a stock sled that will beat it in the deep. Piece of cake to boondock. You don't have to avoid tree wells, you can just hammer right through em! Very reliable pull and climb sled.
I am hooked and I have a problem
My meds run out in may, I can't refill until nov.
O.K. scared myself enough for the day. Time to head for home!

I bought my M7 in December of 06, and it did take some time to get dialed in. It was pretty sluggish in the deep deep snow at first, and with the stock air box, it ended up sucking up water from snow that had melted under the hood and bedded itself around the air box. Once I installed a custom air box, and the speedwerx hi-flow intake, it became a monster. Sucks nothing but air, and screams like no other. With a set of jaws twin pipes, I have made more then a few Rev 8s look silly on many occasions. I'll ride another year on the 06 M7, and will be looking at a M8 with a boondocker turbo for 09.
