i got back from riding the other day and my sled jus stopped and the oil light came on and the engine light, i opened the hood and had blue gel looking liquid coming out of the coolant tank, i never did anything out of the norm to it in any way so someone had to of put something in my coolant and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what could cause Blue gel to be in my coolant tank!

first off, what type of sled are we talkin about, year, model etc.
the sled just stopped.
is the motor seized(can you pull it over) or did it seem like it ran out of gas.

now to me, i cant believe that someone would sabatoge your sled(unless you said somestuff you shouldnt of)

i take it this isnt a four stroke sled, so you can start by checking the colour of the oil you are running, you gotta think what this stuff might look like if mixed with antifreeze.
it sounds to me like you have a blown  gasket which allows fuel, and oil to enter the cooling sytem.,(head, base, crankcase etc)
check your oil reservior to see if you can see antifreeze, or if it seems like you used a lot more oil then you normally do.

now in some cases old antifreese will gel up. and should be flushed out of the cooling system., but i havnt herd of cases where it changes colour( again check what colour of coolant is in your sled)

well im pretty sure i found the problem, if you ever find sum blue shite comin out your coolant tank, its a pretty good asumption that 1 of the kids filled the wrong tank with oil, so insteada havin a excellent runnin sled, i have a piece of crap layin in my yard that needs a complete flush out. fun fun!:),    so be careful when you get other people to fill your oil or anything! thanx for your guys' info and hope this doesnt happen to you, by the way its a Arctic cat powder special, 580, not sure what year, thanx, later.
