i had the clutch rebuilt by my local snowmachine shop and i had the original burnt belt on it. i switched the belts to the new one and now the clutch wont disingage all the way i  just slightly rev it for a min. and the belt is smokin. im shootin that the clutch is worn out. ( i resently had the motor out of it i havent checked the alighnment of the clutch to the motor?)
