went for my first ride today. quite disappointed that all that rain dwindled our snowpack... there was more snow in october.. got to climb some decent hills and hit a 10 foot drop so i cant complain.
 
anybody else got some first ride stories.

My first ride was on my newest Sled its a 2007 short track MXZ 800RS
But their wasn't enough snow to do anything crazy =(

 This weekend will be my 4th ride, been taking it pretty easy, [ shoulder still hurts like hell!!] but, at least I'm getting out there.

i got to go out last night for the first time, it was a lot of fun, hit some huge drifts!!! only put on 40 miles though

I've been riding my sled for weeks now, alot of snow and snowdunes.

where i'm at, we didn't even have snow until a week ago. but i've been riding pretty much every day. so far none of the weekenders haven't tracked up the trails, but all of the snow we've got so far is powder and riding on the trails is kick ass, you just have to look out for a few rocks here and there.

unfortunately, there's ONLY enough snow for trail riding, my buddy busted up his ski on a hidden rock pretty good just this morning. i've torn the shit out of a few meadows that had untouched powder though.

give it about another week or two and we'll have some really sick riding.
