I personaly think the old phazers looked better plus they were 2 stroke and this 4 stroke shit is fucking shit and you can't beat the rev best sled out there

Ya I went and test rode the Phazers last April in Revelstoke. They are a sick ride, great power to weight ratio, handle like a gem. I snow checked a Phazer Mountain lite "144 for a four stroke i was shocked at the power they put out. They other Phazers are only "121, pretty uselees where i ride.I used to ride a piped 780 cat and a 600 rmk and this Phazer won't disappoint. It arrives in less then two weeks and its just a matter of time before the snow flys.

Did you boys hear that they're suppose to put 120hp in the '08.
Jimmy Blaze isn't even riding his rev anymore.
Yami is setting him up with 120hp titanium phazer.
By the way jimmy didn't even come close to the double back but he plans on trying it again.

i am not much for yams but hell this  FX is gonna be the shit!! this new sled will be the flag ship for new 4 stroke machines and if you really want good power to weight ratio get one!  i will bet that they are bomb proof and i am sure they are workin on a 450f engine for it as well!!
and for 9500$ and 10,000 with new fox floats all around how do you go wrong??

I've been riding an old '92 Phazer 2 for a few years now, and I've never had a reason to complain! Up until last year when the crank seals gave way, I was keeping up with the big boys on the hills. Sure I may not have been able to hit the highmarks they did, but I gave them a run for their money!

I plan on ordering the Phazer Mountain lite any day now, and I can't wait! I probably will won't be hitting the highmarks like some of the 800 or 1000's out there, but with the 144 inch track and nimble design, I'll be dancing around them in all the fun stuff!

I've toyed with the idea of waiting a year in the hopes of seeing them do it up with a couple of the  450F's, but honestly, there's no such thing as a patient sledder! I'll just add a turbo in a few years.

I want to see how these phazers hold up to harsh cold winters and hard riding....lets see them take a pounding and how they hold up over the year.

I ride the rev and cant wait to see what they do for 08...there is work being done on the rev chassis for next year and i think it is gona be good...

Hei, I'm from Europe, and I would be interested in the Phezer Mtn Lite. Could you give me some info about it? In Europe the 07 line is still unavailable. Could you give me some price quotation for it? Thanks in advance

for you fellas cappin' on the old school phasers they were damn good machines, they were very light and you could take them just about anywhere, and they are the number one selling sled ever made. i read that some where but i cant remember where. on the new phasers they look like they would be a blast cuz the way they're designed but personally i dont know how they can say its light at 520+ lbs on the mtn lite have any of you ever tried to lift one up, talk about nut buster.  i think the only reason it feels like its got a good power to weight ratio is that its designed to maneuver easily and its got all the 4 stroke torque, but usually when you think of a sled with a good power to weight ratio you dont think of a 520lb sled with 80 horses. but it still looks cool and i think it would be really awesome with the bigger powerplant like mentioned before. oh and i think they picked the wrong name for it to me it looks more like a updated version of the snowskoot than the phaser.

look i tried a physer mnt light here in saskatchewan and we have about a foot and a hafe of snow since nov.27 and i had the physer out and i was climbin a hill its big a powdery with a 15 foot heve on the top and the physer sucked        d!ck at climbin but was good in the flats for carving. but i bought a 07 500 xc sp and its a mod now its does 139 mph in a foot and a half of snow so u deside like my xc sp 500 is faster and climbs better with a shorter track i evan tried it at stock and it was better but i want a rev

i test rode the demo mntn phaser, it went pretty good but i was disapoointed my 700 mntn max pulled hardere and out climbed it. boondocking around the meadows sucked it didnt seem to have enough power to pull the skis up when trying to drop or weelie of a hump, im  a true yamaha fan and i wouldnt  buy one it felt like it was going to nose dive when going of barried  trees. i like the design but it is under powered, ill keep my mntn max 700

Here's my view on the phazer...

Let's put it like this... My girlfriend is tiny but when I get between her legs there is no other place I'd rather be.. Same goes for when I get the phazer between my legs.. It's no diesel one tonne, but she's a kicker and she'll bitchslap you if you aren't prepared (the sled, not the girl).

Sure, I won't be getting as many highmarks as the apex's or similar sleds on the mountain, but in almost every other aspect, I'll shake the foundation. New technology is not without it's setbacks, but I have no doubt that this year's lineup is only just the beginning of the next snowmobile revolution!

It's an old saying, but it still stands true.. 20% ride: 80% rider.

WELL SAID!
I myself have been sledding for years and have had a few sleds big and small. This year i picked up a phazer mtn lite understanding that it wasnt a 8 or 900.And well................................. I have yet to be disapoitned so far. I have already put on nearly a 1000kms from trail to the climbs she just purrs right along. I can run with or run away on most of my friends who have 6, 7 & 800s but dont have the testicular fortitude (BALLS) required to pull the full throttle. The way I see it  is that you cant have a strong house without a good foundation. Therefore i got a phazer and to take care of the ponys i am going to turbo the shit out of it! See you out there
