All the advise in the world won't help ya. You have to do it.
Just walk up and ask her out. Don't give any grand speach or anything. Just ask her to dinner, a movie or a party or something.
Is she says no, just tell her ok and walk away.
And for gods sake don't be mousy about it. look her straight in the eye and ask her.
If she says no, it's not the end of the world. Well, it is as far as she is concernec, but just look elsewhere.
With risk comes reward and possibly failure. With no risk is just failure.
