	hey ya my friends name is matt strashok. everyone calls him muffin. he lives here in edmonton so ya. where do you usually ride in calgary. i was in calgary saturday and sunday. went biking at COP. so good man.

	its actually ardrossan. its like 10 minutes east of sherwood park, which is like ten minutes east of edmonton. i was in calgary skating last week, and i went to warped tour. im gonna be there again this weekend to go to C.O.P. biking and to skate. my friend just bought a house there because she goes to u of c so we spend quite a bit of time hangin out around there.
