 when you hit the jump, pull your legs between your arms and extend them out in front of you while you striaghten out your body,. lieing parallel with the ground but still holding on the bars,..  very high diffuculty
 
superman, ( do i really half to explain )
off the ramp, you kick your feet backand stretch out flat with the groud while still  holding onto the bars, pull back in for the landing,.. cause it hurts if you miss or case the jump trust me
 
superman seat grab,. ( variation of above )
same as above but you let go of the bars and grab the sides of the seat ( freestyle seat preferred)

off the ramp, bring your feet off the boards, kick both out to the left ( or right ) and if hang time allows kick the oppisite way before bringing back for landing

When in the air, bring both feet around your arms and click your heels together and then bring them back to the running boards.

When you aporch a jump give it 3/4 throttle when you in the air put ur legs over the bars and lay bck.too keep track spinig push ur leg on the throttle to keep front of sled point down.You could land like this but if u flat land it will hurt trust me i know

when your coming up to a jump dont pin it just about 3/4 throttle and when your just leaving the jump let go of your handles and raise your feet the the tricky part getting back on before you hit the ground or soft powder HOPEFULY.
